With a Masters in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Chennai, Mr. Chandhira Kumar has over 44 years of experience in the design, manufacturing, quality, marketing, and export of ac rotating machines with companies like Jyothi Electricals, Baroda, Kirloskar Electric Co., Bangalore, Toyo Denki Power Systems, Bangalore, Trident Powercraft Bangalore and Emerson Power. He continues to be the guiding force behind Vijay Electric group.

A Mechanical Engineer from Bangalore University, Mr. Ram Kumar has 20 years of experience in Diesel Generators and Power Backup Solutions covering Sales / Marketing, Application Engineering / System Design & Project Management as Promoter Director of Vijay Power, under his leadership. Vijay Electric has executed several prestigious projects covering Installations of multiple sets ranging from 20kva to 10 MV for customers from IT, ITES, Hospitality, Healthcare, Food Processing, and Financial Institutions Segments.

A Graduate in Mechanical Engineering & Business Professional with over 40 years of experience in Project Marketing / Management in field of Captive Power Plants and Power backup Solutions covering Diesel/ Gas Generators, UPS/Inverters and Power Storage Systems. An accomplished project manager with strength in conceptualizing, planning and implementing EPC projects on Global platform. Mr. Kapadia has worked with International organizations e.g. VibroPower Singapore Royal Power Nigeria, Greaves Cotton India and has rich experience of several prestigious projects in India and International markets.
